COMPANY FORMATION

 

We offer company formation services for FREE for all our business tax clients.  For non-tax clients, we offer our formation services starting at $149*.  If you are unsure which company formation will be the best fit for our client's specific needs, so schedule a meeting with one of our CPA's -- see Business Consulting -- that are available on an hourly rate.  

 

Please note, we offer company formation services; yet, we do not offer any legal opinion regarding formation nor do we offer any legal advice.  It is always prudent to seek the advice of an attorney or  legal professional when forming a business, as there are always financial and legal implications when creating a legal entity.  We do identify for our client's the numerous advantages and disadvantages associated with each company formation on an accounting and tax basis.  The final decision is always made by our client's.
